PM calls for good climate for investment in space industry

MOSCOW, Dec 26 (PRIME) -- Russian private companies are ready to invest in the space industry, but a comfortable climate should be created first, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said on Tuesday at a strategic session.

“They should be offered effective stimuli to implement ambitious projects, which include, among others, creation of orbit multi-satellite constellations,” Mishustin said.

The legal base should be updated, transparent rules of work of the government and business should be set, and regulatory barriers should be abandoned to engage entrepreneurs, he added.
